The at sign is not working anymore.

Hello, recently the at symbol (@) no longer prints when I type Alt GR + @.
I just copied it from another email address to be able to paste it into this message.
However, the "a" / "0" key works fine.....could it be that the Alt Gr key is not working anymore? How can I find out?

    Hello,

    A little cleaning of the keyboard by shaking it (gently!!!) upside down.

    To temporarily replace, just do: Alt and press the keys 0 6 4....and release.
