Hello,
I have a problem when I want to record gameplay longer than 40 minutes. First, I press the "share" button twice to start the recording, but 40 minutes later when I press the "share" button again to save my gameplay, I only have the first 15-minute gameplay and the last one which is also 15 minutes, while normally I should have 2 gameplays of 15 minutes and 1 of 10 minutes (basically, I have the beginning and the end but not the middle).
PS: For those who don’t know, the PS4 records in 15-minute segments.
I wanted to know if it’s normal that the PS4 does not record the second 15-minute segment. I hope you will have the answer to my problem, thank you.

Hi, are you the primary PS4? I mean, do you not have a second PS4 connected to the same WIFI network? The issue might be due to the "secondary account" system. Being a secondary account, I don't have the same rights as the primary account; secondary accounts are specifically designed to have "blocked" access, for example, they cannot use Game Sharing... But if you are the primary account, I can’t help you, sorry.
