Are PS4 games compatible with PS3?

Hello, I have a PS3 and I spotted a game, but it's on PS4, so I wanted to know if PS4 games are compatible with the PS3.

      The Crew is not available on PS3.
      Many people say that PS4 games are not compatible with PS3.
