Startup issue on ACER SWITCH 10

Hello,
my Aspire Switch 10 - 32 GB PC won't turn on, I've followed the indicated steps and nothing happens.
The light is orange when I plug it in and turns blue.
I hold the button down for several seconds and nothing starts.
Is there another procedure to completely reset this PC?

    Hello.
    This can be tried:

    Unplug the PC.
    Remove the battery. (if it's a laptop)
    Press and hold the power button for a minute.
    Plug it back in.
    Start it up.

      thank you for your response, but it is impossible to remove the battery.
      This is a tablet version, so it is compact.
