Hello everyone, I ordered a package on showroom mode on 01/24/16 and since the 25th the status of the order always says: "paid shipping in progress, please wait." I would like to point out that I am supposed to receive it in Martinique (DOM), they told me that I should receive it in 6 weeks, so on March 7th. I have 3 questions:
1. Should I be worried about the status of my order? (I don't have a tracking number)
2. Is there any chance that my package will arrive before the expected deadline because 6 weeks is a very long time?
3. When they say 6 weeks, do they mean business days? If yes, does that mean I should subtract the weekends, which would add 12 more days? So it would be March 23rd instead of the 7th.

If I were you, I wouldn't worry more than that, given that it indicates a relatively exaggerated shipping time.
-That you can't track the status with the tracking number associated with your order at the moment is normal; and given that the package doesn't seem to have been shipped yet.
-When that is the case, you will be notified by email and/or phone. You will then be able to access the platform that will inform you of the shipping status.

It just so happens that I entered the wrong email address, but I later changed it. I think they should send the email to the address currently provided on the site. And yes, thank you very much, Kalof, your response helped me. Thank you for your time! :)
