Hello, I can no longer open my external hard drive. I have a lot of photos in there and I would like to add more. I don't know how to reinstall it. When I plug it in, there is a little beep and I cannot open it, and it is no longer displayed in the hard drive section of the computer. Can anyone help me please, thank you

      Thank you for your response, but my problem is resolved. I did what another person suggested earlier. I simply plugged the hard drive into a USB port on the PC instead of the extension. Best regards.
