    Hi, I'm not really sure what you mean, but with WinRAR you can extract it, and in the extracted file, there will be "Setup.exe" that you click on, and then it will launch the Windows installation.

    Just right-click on the ISO file -> open with -> Windows Disc Image Burner
    Then put a DVD in your drive and start the burning process (you can also test the disc by checking the box reserved for that purpose)
    And there you go, you'll have a bootable DVD.

    Yes, burning, but with Vista, you can't do it like with Windows 7 and newer,

    Use BurnCDCC

    Or Free ISO Burner
