Hello,

when I tried to open a file that was sent to me via Skype, all my file icons in the toolbar turned into the same icon, and when I try to open anything, whether it's Internet, Google, etc., I end up with Windows Media Player opening, and I can no longer open the internet or anything else; I just get Windows Media Player
who can help me? I'm a bit lost and not very skilled

Configuration: Windows Vista / Chrome 23.0.1271.97

    Hello
    this effective method
    1-Start
    2- Control Panel
    3- Add or Remove User Accounts
    4- Create a New Account
    5- Name the account and choose the Administrator type
    6- Start, Switch User (the new account)
    7- in the new account:
    Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - System Restore
    8- choose a date before the problem
    9- don't thank me ;)
