Canon MX320 scan button unresponsive.

Hello,
I have a problem that started 2-3 days ago while everything was working fine before. The only new thing is the installation of the trial version of AUTOCAD Architecture.

On my Canon MX320, I can no longer scan a document just by pressing the scan button, then the color or black button. Nothing happens. I checked the scanning properties and in the events tab, I can no longer select a software to scan. It is checked to do nothing, and I can't select anything else. Next to start, it says: No application registered for this event.

I reinstalled the drivers and the MP Navigator software, but nothing works; I still cannot select my program.
However, when I launch MP Navigator and tell it to scan, there are no issues. I tried disabling my antivirus, but to no avail.

Now I am stuck, I need your help.
Thank you

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 43.0

    Hello,
Your printer has probably lost its memory of where to store the scan
See the excerpt from the online manual (highlighted in yellow)

The message Waiting num. on PC is displayed correctly on the printer.

In MP Navigator Ex, click on Preferences and check that the Scanner Button Settings tab is like this

I had already checked, I have exactly that.

I thought about something I had done during the night, but I'm not sure it could have had an impact. I had shared my printer with my laptop.
Since then, the printer is no longer shared because I reinstalled everything.
I don't know if this information can help you with my problem.

        I'm sorry...
I think there is more of an interference between drivers and AutoCAD..
However, how did you reinstall your printer drivers?
Normally, the drivers are installed with the USB cable not connected; you connect it when prompted by the installation process.
Did you remove the drivers before reinstalling them?
