Issues with scanning and installing Canon Pixma TS 3450 drivers

Hello,

I'm having trouble scanning and installing drivers for the Canon Pixma TS 3450. I want to scan my ID card, and when I go to the official Canon website, the drivers fail to install.

It says the printer cannot be found.
