Hello, I have an issue with my CGV ETIMO 1T decoder. I bought it to connect it to a cathodic TV. At the very beginning, everything went normally and I accessed an installation menu. In this menu, unfortunately, I mistakenly changed a setting (format? or something else) as I am not used to the remote control. Immediately, the screen got scrambled, and now the TV displays the same thing as the TNT whether it is on or off, which is to say nothing. I should note that I have been able to connect another TNT decoder (DVB AMTC DT125) since then, and it works normally on this TV. How can I get my CGV decoder to work???

Good evening,

Here is the link to the site http://www.cgv.fr/spip.php?page=sommaire-grand_public&lang=en

At the bottom, there is "Contact us"... you can send a message to get help...

You still need to understand that on a CRT TV, you cannot have HD and in a few months, it will be for all channels..

You probably switched your device to a higher definition than your screen and now, you can see nothing, not even access the menus.

You can unplug it from the wall socket... or look for the small button that resets your device..

Thank you for your response. What do you mean by "unplugging from the wall outlet"? The settings remain, and even unplugging the decoder for a long time doesn't change anything; the same problem persists. Unfortunately, I believe there is no Reset button on the box... There is only a "reset" function, but it's only accessible in the decoder menu, and for that, you need to have access to the image...

The settings remain the same, but we reset the electronics to zero; unplugging the power is not the same as turning off the device... there are still parts under voltage.
