Trojan:Mailskinner.c

bonsoir,

Bitdefender vient de detecter sur mon ordinateur un trojan :"mailskinner.c".
Pour faciliter les recherches j'ai joint ci-dessous le log hijackthis accompagnè des resultats du scan effectuè par Bitdefender.Que dois-je faire pour èradiquer ce trojan?(j'ai vista premium comme os)

bonjour,

j'ai dèja fait plusieurs scan avec a -squared version 3.0 que je possède dèja sur mon ordinateur mais ça n'a rien donnè;a-squared ne detecte pas ce trojan hèlas.que puis-je encore faire?

Bonjour,

les désinfections sous Vista sont un peu plus compliques que sous Xp.

1) Télécharge OAD http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/OAD.exe
- Enregistre le sur ton bureau

Pour l'utilisation sous Vista:

Clique droit sur le fichier OAD.exe et sur Propriétés, dans l'onglet Compatibilité, Cadre "Niveau de privilège" il faut cocher "Exécuter ce programme en tant qu'administrateur".

Double clique sur le OAD pour le lancer

- nom de fichier à rechercher tape ou fais un copier coller de : FactoryMode
- Type de recherche : sélectionne l'option 6 puis valide [entree]

OAD va maintenant rechercher le fichier. Laisse le travailler jusqu'à ce qu'il en ai terminé.
Le rapport de recherche s'affichera automatiquement à dès qu'il en aura terminé.

- Fais un copier / coller de ce rapport dans ton prochain post.

Note importante : Suivant la taille des disques dur cette recherche peut prendre plusieurs minutes. Sois patient

2) Rends toi sur ce site :

https://www.virustotal.com/gui/

Clique sur parcourir et cherche ce fichier : C:\Windows\system32\SMINST\launcher.exe
Clique sur Send File.

Un rapport va s'élaborer ligne à ligne.

Attends la fin. Il doit comprendre la taille du fichier envoyé.

Sauvegarde le rapport avec le bloc-note.

Copie le dans ta réponse.

Si tu ne le trouves pas, c'est parce que je me suis trompé de nom. Fais une recherche sur launcher.exe, retiens bien le nom complet de celui qui est dans ???\SMINST et soumets celui-là.
Il faut peut être aussi que tu affiches les fichiers et dossiers cachés, y compris ceux du système d'exploitation.

3) Va sur ce lien et télécharge Blacklight(de F-Secure) :
< https://www.f-secure.com/en > et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau

Pour l'utilisation sous Vista:

Choisis la version graphique (fsbl.exe)

Clique droit sur le fichier fsbl.exe et sur Propriétés, dans l'onglet Compatibilité, Cadre "Niveau de privilège" il faut cocher "Exécuter ce programme en tant qu'administrateur".

Tu suis le tuto pour la phase 1 (scan) et tu postes le rapport de blacklight dans ta réponse.

bonjour,
bien que bitdefender mentionne dans son log:infectè par "mailskinner.c",ce nom n'apparait pas dans le chemin indiquè par bitdefender qui est le suivant:
"C:\Windows\Temp\NSIS_Install_WMP.exe=>(NSIS o)=>lzma_solid_nsis0008 Infecté: Trojan.Mailskinner.C "
quelle nom dois-je attribuer alors à ce trojan, car celui -ci est exigè au dèbut de la dèsinfection?
j'ai essayè de supprimer "NSIS_Install_WMP.exe" en mode sans echec mais rien n'y fait,car le trojan rèapparait sous un autre fichier:c:Recycle.bin\$-1-5-21-2553451836-2985024673-2943745743-1001\$RCI51B9.exe->(NSIS O)->Izma_solid_nsis0008 (infectè:Trojan.Mailskinner.c).
waw !il va me rendre fou !que dois -je faire avant de me lancer dans une dèsinfection laborieuse?

j'ai essayè de chercher le fichier :launcher.exe mais je ne le trouve pas !
j'ai pas contre fait une analyse avec AOD comme indiquè,mais là encore a-squared me dit que AOD.exe est un trojan à haut risque.
que dois-je faire?

pour launcher, fais ceci :

->Affiche tous les fichiers et dossiers :
clique sur démarrer/panneau de configuration (en affichage classique)/option des dossiers/affichage

[Coche] « afficher les dossiers et fichiers cachés »

[Décoche] la case « Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé) »

[Décoche] « masquer les extensions dont le type est connu »

Puis fais [appliquer] pour valider les changements.

Et [Ok]

et recommence la procédure vers Virus total;

Pour OAD, l'outiul est totalement sain quoiqu'en dise a-sqared (désactive le temps de l'analyse et du téléchargement si nécessaire);

Bonjour,

peux tu refaire :
1) un scan Bit Defender (après miise à jour de la abse virale) et poster le rapport

2) resoumettre Launcher à VirusTotal car, finalement, je n'arrive pas à voir si le fichier a été scanné ou pas et poster le rapport.

3) remettre un log Hijackthis.

Re,

1) Tu sembles ne pas avoir de parefeu contrôlant les connexions sortantes, ce qui est un risque de sécurité.

Si c'est le cas je te conseille :

Il y en a d'autres que tu peux trouver en ouvrant ce lien :

2) Hijackthis est mal placé. Désinstalle la version que tu as , retélécharge (sur ton bureau) et mets le fichier dans c:\Hijackthuis (que tu créés).

3) télécharge OTMoveIt http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt.exe (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.
double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
copie la liste qui se trouve en italique ci-dessous,
et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved.

C:\Windows\Temp\NSIS_Install_WMP.exe

clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre "Results".
clique sur Exit pour fermer.
poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.

il te sera peut-être demander de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression.si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.
Sinon, tu redémarres l'ordi toi même.

le fichier est-il encore là ?

bonjour,
pour le parfeu,je vais le changer dès que j'aurai fini avec ce trojan.
sinon j'ai fait ce que tu m'a demandè mais ,hèlas ,le fichier infectè est toujours bien là ,bien que l'ayant supprimè et qu'un rapport ait ètè gènèrè dans c: .le comble est que je n'arrive plus à retrouver ce rapport dans c: ou dans un tout autre rèpertoire!?;sur ce rapport il ètait simplement indiquè que le fichier ètait supprimè .
j'ai ètè tentè de refaire une nouvelle supression,mais je prèfère attendre ton avis.en tout cas je m'excuse de cette maladresse et mille merci pour ton aide.

Donc seuls les rapport hijackthis + bitdefender sont disponibles.

Bonjour,

redémarre en mode sans échec et supprime C:\Windows\Temp\NSIS_Install_WMP.exe

Redémarre l'ordi et rescanne C:\Windows\Temp\ par bit defender.

résultat ?

je viens sur ce topic car j ai remarqué que tu veux lui faire telecharger un parefeu alors qu il a deja bitdefender 10(parefeu non reconnu par hijackthis mais present)

bonjour,
ouf!il est enfin èradiquè ce trojan avec suppression en mode sans èchec comme tu me l'as indiquè.cette foi ci j'ai pris le soin de vider la corbeille;chose que je n'avais pas faite au dèbut .en mode sans èchec adaware m'a trouvè 135 spywares !
avant de se quitter pour mon info personnelle ,comment peut -on detecter, comme tu me l 'a très justement fait savoir,qu'un parfeu n'est pas protègè en sortie?
En tout cas chapeau bas Mr le yonnais 92 pour ton aide prècieuse .mille merci.
