This site that I don't know has just withdrawn the amount of 39.19 Euros from my account, I can't get any response, what should I do, have you received any complaints regarding this issue?

    I asked myself the same question about this label and while looking through the history, I found the corresponding purchase that I had forgotten.
    In my case, it is from Office Depot online sales. Maybe they go through a third-party company to manage credit card payments.

      indeed that's what happened to me because having not purchased at Office Depot I was wondering what it was! I looked at the invoice on the back and it is indeed what I bought and the amount is correct. With all my thanks. Best regards.
