Philips home cinema is broken

Hello,
my Philips HTB3510 home cinema turns on but doesn’t start, only the small display shows something and then nothing
is it an electrical or computer issue

    Hello Otmane,

    Sorry to hear that your Home Cinema is acting up. This may be due to several reasons, but we will still do our best to resolve this issue.

    I invite you to leave your Home Cinema unplugged for an entire night, then plug it back in and see. You can also perform a reset via the Menu, in the settings.

    Then check the connections, replace the cable according to your installation.

    There is also a software update (dated January 7, 2015); I advise you to check that your device has the latest version. You can find this update on this page: https://www.philips.fr/c-p/HTB3510_12/home-cinema-blu-ray-3d-5-enceintes/aide
