Hello, the administrators of Le Bon Coin have no respect for the users of their own site
they respond once in every two emails and when they do reply, no matter how much you explain the reasons, they don't respond again. Moreover, they are very unprofessional; you can't contact them by phone, yet they are the first to sell ads to you for advertising space
Here is my problem: they have blocked my IP address
I had a professional account and my girlfriend had a personal account
Everything went well with my ads at first when I paid to publish my ad; it was published and I received an email saying my ad was successfully validated
since then, I can no longer publish ads; they do not validate them anymore and they don't even send an email to tell me the reason. I feel like I'm writing to a ghost site
And for my friend with her personal account who sells different second-hand items, she posts an ad and they say you will receive an email within 24 hours for the ad confirmation, of course, the ads are never validated and there's no news from them, not even an email to tell us the reasons
I am providing a service; when I ask them why my ad is not validated, they reply once in 10 times, always the same response: "send us your INSEE, your company registration number."
When I send it, they always respond, "your ad does not match your activity." The only issue is that I am providing a service and the ads I post are service-related
