leboncoin BLOCKED Solved

Question

Hello,
My Leboncoin account has been blocked since March for no reason, with no explanation or even a word. I don't understand what the reason is since I had an account since 2014 without any issues. I even changed and created a new account, yet nothing has changed.

I have sent 3 emails to Leboncoin customer service but to no avail.
Does anyone have an idea or could perhaps help me solve the mystery of Leboncoin?

Lost a day with that! But they have unlocked my account. I had to send them a bunch of messages saying "PLEASE UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT". They mention security (in canned response messages: I got the same ones in June, but it took longer to unlock back then) obviously it's bugs in their system. They made me change all my passwords, etc. So hang in there, keep insisting.

Could it be possible that these blockages are related to the data center that burned down? I don't know where leboncoin or marketplace accounts are managed, but it's quite possible that some are hosted on that kind of servers; so without access, they end up being blocked! I'm not saying that's the case, I'm just saying it could be... Personally, I have nothing blocked on my PC or phone, but I've never saved anything in the cloud either; I save on external hard drives, in enclosures, at home! This might explain it.
