Hello everyone and thank you for welcoming me to your forum.
I had a surprise when I wanted to post an ad on Le Bon Coin.
I posted it without any issues and then I noticed a spelling mistake... so silly!!
So I modified it and to validate the change, I have to pay 2 euros by credit card.

I contacted the site, and they told me that FROM NOW ON the site automatically creates a personal account. However, I don’t want one because all modifications and renewals are chargeable.

I am a PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL.

What should I do (besides looking elsewhere, I know)

Hello. I didn't know that modifying an ad was now paid, but frankly a spelling mistake is minor compared to what can be read in the ads on this site!
Otherwise, deactivate your ad and create a new one.

Nourishing regrets... I'm willing, but what does that eat?

Thank you for your response. Yes
it is still possible to delete and repost an ad.
To renew, you also need to pay, otherwise it's the same system.
      And it takes time.

Basically, it’s no longer really free.

      Hello,
my comment might be somewhat off-topic, but I don't understand everything, I think, because even for someone like me, it is no longer possible to renew my online listings without the obligation to open an account............
So I just requested the cancellation as well as the prohibition of using any of my email addresses
I believe there are other sites for individuals, it's time to react..........
