Architect 3D license number already used

Hello,

I just bought the software. I used it for 2 days. There was an upgrade of my antivirus on my computer. Now, I can no longer use Architect 3D. It says the license has already been used.

How do I unlock that?

Wouldn't it be wiser to ask directly where you purchased your software? Or on the Architect 3D site?

So, I looked into everything we could do and I found some pretty fun stuff like the tables that allow for color or the titles that have a special formatting and fit into the topics (...)
Perspectives are opening up...

But... still haven't found anything for quotes...

Ultimately, we had to uninstall everything and reinstall with a new key. We don't know what caused the license issue and neither does the vendor.
