Hello everyone,
I have an ONDA Vi40 tablet. Recently my little nephew used it. He made some wrong manipulations and now everything is in Chinese!!! Since I don't know Chinese, I can't figure out how to reconfigure it to French. Does anyone have any idea what I should do? This tablet was gifted to me and I have no idea where it came from.

No panic!
-> Click on the tools button on your tablet, the icon is either tools or a nut.
-> Go click on the icon with a keyboard, it surely contains 語言 in its text, but not sure, for us everything is Chinese! :p
-> Click on the first clickable thing at the top, after having clicked on the famous keyboard, and choose the language
If you can't do it, you have two options:
1 - Search through all the tabs one by one and test until the language displays
2 - Post photos of what appears when you click on the icon with one or more tool(s) on this forum
I hope you succeed on the first try, but if not, I will make sure to respond to you as quickly as possible.

Upon returning home after a few days away, I discovered your advice regarding the issue with my ONDA tablet. Unfortunately, I was unable to restore the French language. I must admit that my computer skills are basic, I would even say very basic. I seriously doubt that I can manage to eliminate the Chinese. I wouldn't even be able to provide the photos you requested. So don't worry about that. In any case, I was considering replacing it with a more recent one since everything in this field becomes outdated so quickly.
