Hello everyone, I have two HP DesignJet T795 plotters that are giving me serious problems. They display a message: remove roll from paper path;
I have replaced the sensor (part number Q5669-60156) and the formatter board without success.
If anyone knows how to fix this, I look forward to all your suggestions.
