Mouse laser not working anymore

So here it is, let's get to it quickly. In the evening, I play, I turn off the computer. The next day, I turn on the computer, and the laser of the mouse is gone; the clicks and the scroll wheel work but I can't move the cursor, in fact, the laser no longer works. I'm asking for help as soon as possible (my mouse is a Saitek Crystal Mouse). Thank you.

    Is your PC connected to the internet?

      It's a wired mouse, and I've tried unplugging and plugging it back in many times without success :(
