Question

Hello, I received the laptop about a month ago and after charging it overnight, this piece of junk decided to no longer turn on.
When I charge it, the indicator light doesn't even come on, it shows no signs of life anymore.
The laptop didn't seem to be on its last legs before this, so it's really strange. Does anyone have a solution please?

Reconnect everything. Press the power button for 1 minute. Plug in the charger and turn on the PC.

In what context is this thing provided? In any case, you should report it to those who made it available to you; they almost certainly have a "plan" for troubles like this.

If when you plug in the charger the indicator light does not turn on, try plugging the charger into another device. If the device in question does not charge, then the charger is the issue; otherwise, it means the problem comes from the computer and in this case, it would be best to have it checked at your establishment.
I myself have a serious problem with my computer; it only turns on and off repeatedly for the past two days. Inside are important documents and work that I hadn't finished. If anyone has any possible solutions, I am open to all suggestions.
