Disable the password

Hello,

I have a BlackBerry Bold 9900 running OS 7.1, but I can't disable the password. The checkbox is grayed out, with a small lock icon.

Any help would be appreciated, best regards

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 42.0

    in the encryption menu and deactivate the... then you can remove the password
