I can't sign up for Instagram.

Hello,
I wanted to create a new Instagram account, but the problem is that when I validate my date of birth, it refuses to register me and shows me this message:
"REGISTRATION ERROR
We cannot sign you up at the moment. Please try again later. We are restricting certain content and actions to protect our community. If you believe we have made a mistake, please feel free to report it."
So I clicked on "Report a problem" but nothing happens
This has been happening for one or two days.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Instagram, but it still does the same thing, and I even reset my phone, but nothing worked.
