Dalle down?

Hello,

I was in the process of dismantling an Asus Vivobook S300CA laptop. It was on, I unplugged the display ribbon and then reconnected it, and since then I've been getting this...

It's really frustrating, especially since I just needed to replace the hard drive in the first place.

I've tried unplugging and replugging, checking that everything is properly connected, but I still get these damn lines.
I connected it to a monitor, and everything displays correctly.
Please, don't tell me the display is dead?! It hasn't been dropped!
How is this possible? How can I fix it?

Thanks in advance.

Maybe the cable or the tablecloth

I said that I checked the cables and ribbons many times... So, is the board dead? But why?

Could simply unplugging and replugging have destroyed the board?

If so, Asus is junk!! Unbelievable, this is the first time I've encountered a case like this!

Well, it was indeed the tile that is broken...

How? I don't know.

Probably due to the extreme quality of "Asus" products...
