Hello,
I've been using my TV as a computer screen, and it has always worked very well (connected via HDMI). I recently changed the motherboard, the graphics card, and the computer worked perfectly at the technician's place (I was able to access my desktop and the internet without any issues).
When I got home, I made exactly the same connections, and when I turn on the computer (after the screen), the screen turns green, then displays a logo related to the motherboard, and then shows "no signal." However, the technician's screen displayed Windows 10 correctly without any pixels or a Windows 95-like appearance...
I am properly connected to the HDMI port of the graphics card (a MSI GeForce 960 GTX).
I don't have another usable screen, what can I do, please?

Back from the IT technician, all the drivers updated, and still the same problem.
By right-clicking blindly, there's no way to find the screen resolution settings...
Is there a shortcut to start a screen detection? What I find strange is that the TV detects the PC since it displays an image (that of the motherboard), and then it turns off, so the TV does recognize my CPU... I'm lost, even the IT technician couldn't find the solution...

everything plugged in
right-click mouse (you open the desktop menu to display graphics properties)
up key
up key
Enter (you should be in display settings)
Tab
Tab
Enter (you should confirm the detection of screens)
I will try to go see the IT technician again to see if it’s a question of software or driver updates...
