Hello,
for some time now I have been receiving messages in my operator's email inbox, "SFR", where the recipient and sender are the same email address "Gmail" with my first and last name, even though I never created this address. I have a Gmail account but the label is completely different.
How can I cancel this address?
thank you

    Hi there

Is it possible that someone created an address using your information...

The only thing I can think of is to email Google directly and report your problem to them; they are the only ones who can close the account if you don’t have access.

    Have a good day

There is no one in the world except you who has a unique last name and first name; a provider cannot delete a homonym to please you...

On your side, however, you can certainly blacklist emails in your mail software.

A provider cannot blacklist an email IP address because that would remove it for everyone and not just for you. So it’s only in the filters of your email software that you can do it. If it keeps getting through, it means your filter isn’t good. The purpose of a filter is to automatically redirect an email into the "spam" or "trash" (or another) section so that you don’t see it among the "normal" emails.

I don’t take you for a fool! I’m simply asking for help; all options have been exhausted. You’ll see the day when that happens to you!

    Good evening Neonz,
Thank you for the reply but I can't contact Google because I can't find the section related to my problem. If it is identity theft, Gmail is not involved
"Gmail is not allowed to participate in mediations involving third parties in matters of identity theft"
The emails I receive are in English and mainly concern advertisements
    Have a good evening

      Hello.

From memory and unless it has changed, Google does not require any identification to create an email address.

So, it is not a case of identity theft.

If you can't reach Google, ask the question on their forum:

My cousin created two Gmail addresses in the name of the children, no one considers people to be idiots, this is one request for help, I don’t see why it bothers you. By the way, if you managed to solve the problem, I’d like to know how to do it
