Hello,
I want to use an application blocked by Java (it's CGoban 3).
I've added all the necessary exceptions, but Java still blocks it, indicating that some files are from another domain that is not in the exception list...
So, I downloaded the application to install it directly on my computer to run it without going through a browser, but I can't launch the installation file.
Java still blocks it for expired or invalid certificate. And even though I add the location to the exception list, it doesn't change anything..
Is it impossible to bypass this? Others have the same problem?
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 42.0

I added http://files.gokgs.fr to the exceptions and tried cgoban without file association... But java still blocks...
It's crazy how helpless one can feel in front of a security measure that one never asked for, but that ruins our life. It must be comparable to the effect of a collar and a leash on a dog...
Thank you nonetheless for your advice.
When you download cgoban.jnlp or cgoban-nfa.jnlp (actually cgoban 3), a page appears explaining the installation refusal.
On this page, there is an address displayed that gives the location of the element. It should be http://xxxxxxx (related to kgs). You need to copy this address into the Java exceptions.
I did that, but maybe we don't all have the same address location.
I hope it will work this time.
