Hello,
For some time now, I have been receiving ads from Nespresso.
I am absolutely NOT a customer of theirs, I don't drink coffee.
In the texts, they tell me: "Stop SMS to 36001".
Do I need to send exactly "Stop SMS" to 36001 or just "Stop"?
Is it free or do I have to pay for this text?
Thank you.

Hello
scam number..do not answer under any circumstances..put this SMS on the rejection list...and if you don't know how, give the exact model of your phone and we'll try to explain how to do it and if it's possible

you can just report it to 33700... then it's up to them whether they take care of it or not, it all depends..
I'm explaining on my Android smartphone.. I open my message, select the SMS in question, press on it and you should then see options including adding to rejection or spam list.. on others you press on this SMS and then use the menu option key and it's the same... as for your question, they are impersonating them yes.. just like on your PC when you open your email and receive spam.. nothing new... also be careful with certain free apps or others that are overwhelmed with ads and again, nothing new -
