White screen bars after fall

Hello,
my LG G3 suffered a fall, which opened the back cover and removed the battery. When I turned it back on, I noticed transparent white vertical lines on the screen. However, these lines are not static; sometimes there are horizontal white lines, and even when I unlock it, the screen looks normal but then gradually turns more white/transparent. Apart from that, the touchscreen works normally. Where could the problem be coming from?

    Hello,
    I think your screen is dead and it will need to be replaced.
    Just because the touchscreen works doesn’t mean the screen should function too; they are managed differently in the phone.

      I believe the screen is indeed affected, but what bothers me is that the screen seems normal at times, and only after a while do the white lines appear...

        So when the screen starts to heat up a bit, the inside of the screen must start glitching.

      If something may have broken some components in your phone, take it to a service center and ask them; they will be better able to answer you than I can.
