Unable to sign in to Microsoft account

Hello, I recently installed Windows 10 and I therefore have a local account. To use the Windows Store I had to create a Microsoft account on the site (so via my browser). No problem up to that point, except that when I try to sign in to my Microsoft account through the Windows Store or the Control Panel it doesn’t work.
Windows Store: "We’ve run into a problem. Please try signing in again later."
Control Panel: "Sorry, an error has occurred. Whatever the problem is, it probably comes from us. Please try again."
I’ve tried the wsreset.exe utility, rebooted, tried again but it still doesn’t work. Can someone help me? Thanks ^_^
