Outlook window display too small...

Hello,
I want to add a new email account on Outlook, but I'm facing a major issue!
When I go to OUTLOOK, Preferences, Accounts, the window size remains the same and is therefore partial! Only the bottom of the window is visible on the screen. Additionally, when I click on "Show All" to go back, nothing happens. I can no longer access my "Preferences" menu.
How can I either scroll the window or increase the size?
