Outlook window display too small...

Question

Hello,  I want to add a new email account on Outlook, but I'm facing a major issue! When I go to OUTLOOK, Preferences, Accounts, the window size remains the same and is therefore partial! Only the bottom of the window is visible on the screen. Additionally, when I click on "Show All" to go back, nothing happens. I can no longer access my "Preferences" menu.  How can I either scroll the window or increase the size?  Above is a screenshot that might be more explicit.  Thank you for your responses!  Best regards,

I have seen a similar problem (on another forum) some time ago. Basically, it seems that the window size got stuck on another preferences tab, not allowing enough space for the accounts ones to fully display.  In the previously encountered case (the user could call other preferences tabs, but the size remained the same and they could no longer create or modify accounts), the behavior was normal in a session with another Mac OS X user account on the same machine, which suggested a problem with corrupted preferences or conflict with another application. Unfortunately, we did not get more details... and no solution.  You can always test by creating a new identity (to do this, launch the utility while holding down the "Option" key when starting Outlook and create a new identity by clicking on the + sign, then set this identity as "default" via the small "gear" menu and launch Outlook normally), which will help determine whether the origin of the problem lies within the identity itself or if it’s in the entire user account (and preferences then become the priority lead).
