Increase the font sizes on a 13-inch MacBook Air

Hello,
I bought a 13-inch MacBook Air yesterday, and I would like to enlarge all the fonts (on the desktop, in windows, etc.). I know how to zoom on the web.
In system preferences, I don't have access to Universal, as I've read about on other forums. I've slightly increased the resolution...

Indeed I have version OX 10 10 Yosemite. I thought about going to accessibility but I don't have universal access there either.
As for the resolution, on the contrary I increased it, thinking I was doing the right thing. So I will decrease it.
One advice (please), for 2 years without a computer I only used my IPAD AIR 1. With some difficulties at first but now it's perfect, I can't do without it. But there's a big problem, the wifi doesn't reach my bedroom due to a load-bearing wall between the living room where the box is and my bedroom, so that's the reason for this hasty purchase....!!!!!! But there's a whole world between an iPad and a MacBook Air.....It seems terribly complicated to me.
Should I sell it (for example on Le Bon Coin) for an ultra okay PC ??????
