Hello,
I'm researching channels and everything is going well.
I turn off the TV and I notice that some channels have disappeared from the lineup.
Is there a memory chip in this model of TV?

        I updated the software version, then I searched for new channels. The programming is now saved in memory. The channels start from number 20.

      Thank you, the problem is resolved after resetting the software version and updating the software, and I did a new search for the Canadians who settled from number 20.
