Hello, since I left on vacation my computer was turned off and when I return I turn it on and I see that the time is stuck on the time when I had turned it off.
So I try to change the time but when I go to the settings it says "You do not have the necessary rights to perform this task." If you could let me know what to do, that would be great.

The BIOS is probably bugging. Go into the BIOS and check if the BIOS time has also frozen.
If so, you need to remove the button battery from the motherboard for 30 seconds and then put it back to fix the issue.
If the problem is still not resolved, try updating the BIOS.-
Pour accéder au BIOS, suivez ces étapes : 1. Éteignez votre ordinateur. 2.

It's good, I've partially solved it actually. I went into system troubleshooting and opened the cmd from the panel, I changed the date and time from the cmd, thanks anyway.
