Hello,
I wanted to uninstall Office 2013 from my computer (Asus Windows 10) in order to install a version provided by my school.
So I uninstalled the software via the control panel and restarted my PC, but an error message appears when I try to download the version from my institution. Here is the message I receive:
"Sorry, we cannot install this Office product because we have detected a preliminary or beta version of this product on your computer"
I have of course searched for several solutions on various forums, installing software such as Revo or RegCleaner, but I can't find any trace of Office on them...
If anyone has a solution, I would appreciate it!

Thank you for this response. Unfortunately, I have already used the fix it tool, and it does not find any errors. As for the manual manipulation, I didn't understand anything at all since I have no trace of Office left on my computer, not even in program files.

In your C: drive, check the program files for any remaining Microsoft Office folder. If there is one, delete it and empty the recycle bin, then restart the PC and try to install again.
