Grandin TV Problem

Hello. I was watching TV when a noise (like a light bulb burning out) occurred, my screen went black, and the indicator light turned off. I unplugged it, and now it’s impossible to turn it on—still a black screen and no indicator light. The TV is a Grandi LV32w10, and it's 5 years old. Can someone help me? Thank you very much.

Hello

Maybe a fuse?

But... if it has "blown" it's for a good reason (a short-circuit)....

If it's accessible and you can replace it... that will help determine if it's an "incident".... but if it "blows" again... the only solution is to return it to customer service (with a request for a quote....)

See you later

Thank you very much for your response. I opened the back, but if you could tell me where the fuse is, that would be great (I’m a woman).

Well, the problem is that I don't know this television....

In the manual, there is sometimes an indication for finding the fuse....

Generally, fuses are located near the power cable inlet....
I assume you don't have an ohmmeter available to check if the fuse is "good or not".... It's usually possible to see with the naked eye if the internal wire is broken....

/!\ maybe "stupid" advice.... but act after unplugging the TV.....

I looked at the manual but it doesn't say anything on it, I'll try to find it. Yes yes, of course the TV isn't plugged in lol.

:-))

I saw....

I just sent away........9........

Well, it's not "serious".... however, even "multiplied".... I can't see a fuse... I think it must be "hidden" right at the input of the power supply, near the transformer (a big block)....

No problem! (although my efficiency is only very relative...)

It's better to take it... because even if you find the fuse... if it "blows" again, which is likely... the problem won't be solved.....

Request a quote....

See you + have a good evening (despite everything) as well.
