Good evening,
I have a problem with the Grandin type TV. When I turn the TV on using the remote control or the power button on the TV, it lights up for a few seconds and then goes into standby mode with sound still playing and a black screen. Maybe a wrong manipulation was made on the TV's keypad. So I'm looking for a combination to solve this issue. Thank you for your help.

Good evening, I recommend you unplug your television and press the power button on the TV; this way, the remaining energy inside will be discharged. Plug the television back in while holding down the power button.
Release the button and press it again (this will turn on your television). If this doesn't work, feel free to specify the problems.

Good evening,
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the solution you proposed did not resolve my issue. I'm not sure how long I should hold down the TV power button, perhaps there is a lack of clarity on that. However, I did find a simple workaround that doesn't fix the problem but at least allows me to watch TV. Indeed, I unplug the TV from the power outlet for a few hours (overnight or maybe 4 hours, possibly less, I tried it one morning). The result is that as long as the TV is not turned off, I can watch it. But once it's turned off, I have to unplug the TV for a few hours (I don't have the exact time, but maybe it's the necessary time to dissipate the energy from the TV after unplugging it) to watch it again. I'm not sure if there's really an issue with the TV itself or if it's a settings problem or a mistake made in the last two days on its remote. Thank you.
