How to block all calls with the 221 area code

Hello,
Since this morning, I have been receiving suspicious calls on my mobile with different numbers, but all with the area code 221 (Senegal). It's a basic Samsung device (no internet) but I don't remember the model, see a similar one in the attached photo.
I would like to thank anyone who can suggest a solution to block all calls starting with 221.

Configuration: Windows 8.1 / Firefox 40.0

I found the SGH-C260 reference. Details: The SGH-C260 is intended for the very general public who only need a phone to make calls. Indeed, the SGH-C260 has no advanced features. Forget about cameras and Bluetooth connections. With this model, you can make calls, send SMS/MMS, and browse WAP.
