DVD compartment opening Thomson PVR500

Hello,

We recently installed this Thomson PVR500 player, but we can't open the tray to insert a DVD.
Is this problem known and how can we resolve it?

    Hello...

    If it never opens with the remote control OR the button on the front, check if there is a tiny hole that, when present, is meant to receive a paperclip or something similar to manually eject the CD or DVD... you need to gently push the paperclip in about 3 or 4 cm, right in the middle...
