Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 not charging and won't turn on

My tablet won't turn on and won't charge,
I've tried all the techniques found on this site, I've had it for 3 years, it's been to the service center 3 times but the problem is still there..
If you have any other techniques, I'd be grateful, THANK YOU.
