Alert to Bouygues Telecom customers!

Hello,

I just realized that fake emails are circulating, probably a phishing attempt. Let me explain:
I received in my inbox 2 emails in the name of Bouygues Telecom addressed not to my name but to a certain Joakeem Mona. One of the emails asks to settle the 187 euros pending as soon as possible, otherwise there is a risk of termination. My bills are up to date.
Of course, I noticed that the formatting was somewhat similar to Bouygues, at least it resembles it, but the appearance of the message compared to Bouygues is not identical.
I didn't click on it, be careful, spread the word and stay vigilant!
I have informed Bouygues and am awaiting their response, and I wanted to let you know.
Best regards.

Very well, in addition to informing Bouygues, you can circulate it within an anti-fraud association and you can report it to the CNIL ;)

There is a middleman between Bouygues and the client, they are blocking me from accessing my Bouygues account, and on top of that, they are charging me more than the contract, that’s why I want to file a complaint.

Thank you for the info :)

Asking costs only a moment of embarrassment. Not asking is to be embarrassed for a lifetime.

You're welcome Artyom, I'm waiting for the advisor's response, it's within 48 hours. The other downside is that I noticed that the other email has a mobile number starting with 06 while all my mobile numbers start with 07.
I've already been scammed over the phone, I didn't call the number. It must be premium rate and not in the mainland. I'll let you know Bouygues's response, that guy can run for it before I pay him the €187.

I give you some insights:
Customer number: 1.14374864
Dear Mr. MONA
We inform you that as of today, you owe the amount of €187.53 on your invoice for the month of April, including €16 for your mobile payment plan.
We invite you to quickly regularize your situation by settling this invoice by credit card 24/7:
> On bouyguestelecom.fr under the "My Account" section, then "View My Invoices".
> By calling 621 from your mobile (call free).
Without prompt payment on your part, we will be forced to limit the use of your line and if you are an Ideo customer, to also limit your Bbox services (Internet, TV, and phone).
Best regards.

The scam responded in place of Bouygues Telecom even though I sent an email to customer service from my Bouygues Telecom account.
Here is the response I received, strange a message that says: ""Rest assured.." :

I did not call 614 or 1064 but 1061, I spoke to an advisor who told me that their site is reliable and that there may be a virus on the computer following an online purchase. I doubt it because my partner made purchases recently on Aliexpress.com, is that site reliable?

The advisor found it strange, a Mr. Mona and his number 0658080872 show up with Bouygues but it lands in my email inbox. He told me to send all these fraudulent emails to abuse@bbox.fr, which I did immediately, and that this service would send everything to the CNIL.
Maybe it could help, better to be vigilant these days, best regards.

PS: the Bouygues advisor made a mistake, this address abuse@bbox.fr no longer exists, it’s actually abuse@bouyguestelecom.fr that handles spam. I sent it, the message went through.
