Hello,
First of all, thank you for welcoming me among you.
When I tried for the first time to set the combination lock with three digits on my new case, I locked it completely.
It’s impossible to make this combination lock work.
I would like to know if a member of the community could tell me how to proceed or rather indicate the possible combinations.
For example: 274, 565, etc.

you only closed it without knowing the code? if that's the case, the combinations are simply all the numbers between 000 and 999 (001 002 ...) but you can pull on the lock as if you wanted to unlock it and turn the dials until it opens because when the dials go over the code it will open instantly (it's faster than trying everything) but maybe I didn't understand your problem, I hope I helped you

Actually, I made a mistake in the procedure (in English); I must have skipped a step and the lock that's attached to the case (it's a security related to the "Zip" closure) got stuck in the "closed" position, so it's impossible to open it, even when setting the chosen combination.
I will try your idea. You understood my concern very well.
Since this case is new, I will contact the factory, which should be able to explain the procedure to unlock this lock, as it is not included in the manual.
