Unable to extract embedded font PDF

Hello,

I use Google Forms & Sheets to collect data that we export every evening to PDF for bulk sending.
Until this week, everything worked fine. We printed the selection + the document title with PDF Creator and could open the document without any issues. However, since this week, upon opening the PDF, the following message appears: "Unable to extract the embedded font QNOGTT+NotoSansCJK-Regular-Identity-H. Some characters may not display correctly or may print incorrectly."
I've tried everything within my power, but I can't find this font and can't download it... HELP!

Do you have any explanation or suggestion to resolve this issue?

Thank you in advance

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 44.0.2403.125

    Hello,

I don't use Google Form, but if the font cannot be extracted, it is likely protected by its creator or not fully embedded in the PDF.

    Could it be this font:
    https://www.google.com/get/noto/

      Hello,
and thank you for your response. I downloaded and installed all the fonts called "noto sans cjk" from this site, and the problem still persists... The strange thing is that it was working until now!!

When I open the pdf, the title of the document is gone, and this error message appears... Maybe the font has changed, but I can't find it... And I don't know how to substitute a font when exporting a pdf from a Google doc.

The font substitution can be done with Adobe Acrobat Pro, but it's not guaranteed precisely because of this font that doesn't seem to be embedded.
But we can do a test if you want to upload an example PDF file to https://www.cjoint.com/ and share the link here.

I sent my issue to Google.. Since they mentioned there were changes in 2015, maybe the font is part of it, and I found a way to work around the problem: it was the title that no longer appeared on my pdf, so I added lines and put the title of the table in the table and I can send it again...

Thanks anyway for the time you took to respond to me!!
