Scam on CAVAALLER site (figurine sales)

Hello,
I’m writing because I’m simply desperate... I placed an order for figurines on this site on January 25, 2015: http://www.cavaaller.com/ , and to this day I still haven’t received anything... I paid by PayPal. I filed a claim 2 months later, and I received an email saying that PayPal could not take care of the dispute or something like that... But they wished me good luck anyway!! Great... I sent several emails to the site manager, I never got a reply, and I tried to contact him by phone, and it never answered... I did not receive my figurines after 6 months of ordering, and I was still charged 35 euros... I don’t know what to do, I would like to get my money back. Please help me.

The site appears to be Belgian law, which complicates things.. No identification allowing for a more in-depth investigation..
In case of any doubt, contact the CEC-Belgium:

The latter only has an amicable role.. Given the amount involved, a legal procedure is absolutely not recommended..

I am in the same situation. I suppose, given the opening hours (only Saturday), that the company is in a state of insolvency or the owner is unable to operate. Avoid advance PayPal payments. I placed an order with “cavaaller” and after 5 months there is still nothing, impossible to reach anyone by phone, no reply by email. This company is run by one or more scammers, obviously my order was paid via PayPal. Still no news, I am on several wargaming figure sites where I will talk about my case, thank you for reading me...
