Bonjour, je viens de m'inscrire sur ce forum, en espérant y trouver de l'aide :

Ma connexion internet rame, des onglets s'ouvrent sans que j'ai rien demandé, des fenêtres de pubs s'ouvrent sans arrêt, et dans les pages que j'ouvre, certains mots sont soulignés (en double-soulignement et en bleu) et quand je passe dessus avec la souris, une petite pub s'ouvre et il est écrit "ads by shopperz22072015".

Je ne trouve rien dans "ajout/suppression de programme", j'ai déjà lancé adwcleaner, sans résultats...

Quelqu'un peut m'aider SVP ?

    Salut,

    Tu as installé des adwares et programmes parasites sur ton PC qui ouvrent des publicités et ralentissent l'ordinateur et les navigateurs WEB.
    Voici la procédure à suivre pour les supprimer :

    Commence par ceci :

    Suis le tutorial AdwCleaner( d'Xplode )
    Ce programme permet de supprimer les adwares et programmes parasites :
    • Télécharge le sur ton bureau ou dossier de téléchargement.
    • Lance AdwCleaner, clique sur [Scanner].
    • L'analyse peux durer plusieurs minutes, patiente.
    • Une fois le scan terminé, ne décoche rien, clique sur [Nettoyer]
    • Une fois le nettoyage terminé, un rapport s'ouvrira. Copie/colle le contenu du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse par un copier/coller.


    Si cela ne fonctionne pas, utilise le site http://pjjoint.malekal.com pour héberger le rapport, donne le lien du rapport dans un nouveau message.
    Note : Le rapport est également sauvegardé sous C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt

    puis :

    Suis le tutoriel FRST.
    (et bien prendre le temps de lire afin d'appliquer correctement - tout y est expliqué).
    Télécharge et lance le scan FRST, cela va générer trois rapports FRST :
    • FRST.txt
    • Shortcut.txt
    • Additionnal.txt


    Envoie, comme expliqué, ces trois rapports sur le site http://pjjoint.malekal.com et en retour donne les trois liens pjjoint qui mènent à ses rapports ici dans une nouvelle réponse afin que l'on puisse les consulter.

    Par contre je n'arrive pas à faire la suite, quand je clique sur ton lien de tutorial FRST, 9 fois sur 10 c'est un onglet de pub qui s'ouvre ! Et quand j'ai réussi à ouvrir l'onglet tutorial FRST, et que je clique sur download, pareil, c'est un onglet de pub qui s'ouvre, je n'arrive pas à télécharger FRST

    Là je sais plus quoi faire...

    Voici la correction à effectuer avec FRST.

    Ouvre le bloc-notes : Touche Windows + R, dans le champs executer, tape notepad et OK.

    Une fois, le texte coller dans le bloc-note.
    Menu Fichier puis Enregistrer sous.
    A gauche, place toi sur le bureau.
    Dans le champs en bas, nom du fichier mets : fixlist.txt
    Clic sur Enregistrer - cela va créer un fichier fixlist.txt sur le bureau.

    Relance FRST et clic sur le bouton Fix
    Selon comment un redémarrage est nécessaire (pas obligatoire).
    Un fichier texte apparaît, copie/colle le contenu ici dans un nouveau message.

    Redémarre l'ordinateur

    puis réinitialise tes navigateurs:

    Réinitialise tes navigateurs et ou manuellement reparamètre tes navigateurs WEB (page de démarrage, moteur de recherche etc) mais aussi supprimer/désactiver les extensions inutiles/parasites :

    Ton Trend-Micro est inactif, désinstalle le par le panneau de configuration puis programmes et fonctionnalités.

    Installe Avast! : https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-antivirus-avast/
    Désactive Windows Defender : https://forum.malekal.com/viewtopic.php?t=52282&start=
    et Surtout active les détections LPIs.

    ok, voici la suite :

    Malwarebytes (temps : environ 40min de scan):
    ==================================================
    Télécharge et installe Malwarebyte : https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/
    Mets le à jour puis lance un examen.

    A la fin du scan, clic sur "Supprimer Selection" en bas à gauche.
    Redémarre l'ordinateur si besoin.
    Après redémarrage, relance Malwarebytes.
    Vas chercher le rapport dans l'onglet Historique.
    A gauche Journal des examens.
    Doube-clic sur l'examen dans la liste.
    Puis en bas Copier dans le presse papier
    Vas sur http://pjjoint.malekal.com et en bas, clic droit / coller pour coller le rapport du scan Malwarebytes.
    Clic sur envoyer.
    Dans un nouveau message ici en réponse, donne le lien pjjoint afin de pouvoir consulter le rapport.

    Par contre, je ne sais pas si c'est normal, mais en redémarrant après le scan Malwarebytes, j'ai perdu toute la personnalisation de mon bureau, tous mes favoris Mozzilla, mes mots de passe dans tous les sites... ça m'embête, ce n'est pas récupérable ?

    alors là c'est la panique, je me rends compte que je n'ai plus Word et Excel, ni aucun fichier que j'avais créé avec ces logiciels ! au secours !

    Non en fait j'ai retrouvé les fichiers mais je ne peux pas les ouvrir, je n'ai plus Excel et Word starter...
    Et ma police sur Internet a changé aussi, c'est moins lisible, et comme je te disais je n'ai plus aucun favori dans mozzilla... Je ne peux plus non plus changer l'arrière-plan de mon bureau qui est tout noir..
