Activating iPhone without internet

Hello,

I've been having a problem lately, my Wi-Fi is grayed out, I've tried everything in vain, so I thought that resetting the iPhone would do some good, unfortunately I have neither 4G nor internet to activate it... What should I do please?

How to activate my iPhone?

Once you are ready to activate your iPhone, follow these simple steps:

Insert your activated and compatible SIM card (iPhone 3GS) or micro-SIM (iPhone 4) into your iPhone.
Turn on your iPhone: press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to activate and set up your iPhone.

You can also use iTunes to complete the activation. Connect your iPhone to a USB 2.0 port on your Mac or PC using the Dock Connector to USB cable provided with the device. iTunes will automatically open. Then, follow the on-screen instructions in iTunes. To use iTunes, make sure your computer is connected to the Internet during the activation of your iPhone, either via Wi-Fi or directly to your Internet router or Ethernet network. If a connection is not established, activation cannot proceed.
Activation procedure

For activation, you only need your iPhone. Your iPhone will guide you through the process and connect either to a cellular network or a Wi-Fi network to complete the activation.

If you are activating your iPhone via iTunes, make sure you have an Internet connection on your computer and that it has the latest version of iTunes. You can download iTunes for Mac or PC for free. You will also need to create an Apple ID if you do not already have one. An Apple account ID allows you to listen to and purchase music tracks, TV shows, movies, apps, games, and much more, to enjoy on your iPhone. Opening an account is free, but a credit card number is required to set it up. Your card will not be charged by Apple until you make purchases on the iTunes Store or the App Store.

Basically, just connect the iPhone to the computer and follow the iTunes instructions to activate the phone.
