Hello,
For a few hours now, I have been unable to send texts. However, I am receiving the texts sent to me, I can make and receive calls, and calling others works fine. On the other hand, I can't send a text.
I have already checked the message center, which is correct, but I've reconfigured it just in case, yet it still doesn't work.
I have tried restarting my phone several times.
I called the technical support of Free, who couldn’t resolve my issue and only told me to try sending messages again in the evening and apparently created an "incident ticket."
So, here are my questions: has anyone experienced the same issue and resolved it?
What is an "incident ticket," what is its purpose, and how long will it take to resolve my problem?
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 43.0.2357.134

Another user encountered the problem
I managed to solve this problem today, you just need to change the SMS service number which is +330695000695. You should check if this is the correct number by dialing *#5005*7672# and then press call, and there a message will be sent with this number, and Free has set it up with the Orange service number which is +330689004000. To change it, you just need to dial *#5005*7672*0695000695# and then press call.
