sur free.fr, il n'est pas possible d'installer les versions classiques de wordpress, il faut une version spéciale que tu trouveras ici

j'ai bien suivi vos instructions, mais, à l'arrivée, il y a eu quand même: Erreur 500 - Erreur interne du serveur. Que faire?

prendre un vrai hébergeur peut résoudre pas mal de problèmes.
Plus sérieusement, j'en ai aucune idée, le problème ne vient pas de wordpress mais de free donc regarde le lien que je t'ai donné, il liste les principales erreurs pouvant survenir
