Hello,
Since yesterday I wanted to install Battle.net so I could play Starcraft, but an error occurs: "An error has occurred, restart your computer... BLZBNTBTS00002" To try to resolve this issue, I disabled my firewall and antivirus, but nothing!!! I still can't download Battle.net!!
Does anyone have a solution?
Configuration: Windows 8 / Chrome 43.0.2357.132

I'm reviving this topic a year later because I've just faced the same issue and I have FINALLY found the solution. (I just posted the same thing on the Blizzard/Hearthstone site).
1: Remove all files related to Battle.net to clean everything up. (So uninstall all games + Battle.net if you haven't done so).
2: Windows + R: %appdata%: Delete the Battle.net folder.
3: Ctrl + Shift + Esc: Processes: Right-click on the two processes "Agent" and "Battle.net" and stop the processes.
4: In the control panel: Internet Options: Connections: LAN settings: Uncheck everything on this screen.
